Lionel Hollins - "I love JSmith, but the front office has got to do what its gotta do, you know?"
Josh Smith - "I like Memphis, I don't hate it, I don't love it. I would be up for moving, although it does matter the team."
GM Devitt - "I like JS but you can't let emotion into these things. You gotta go with a gut feeling and make your decision based on what you think is right for the team."

Josh Smith for Blake Griffin!
Head Coach Lionel Hollins - "I really liked Josh but Blake is another great big man that will sell tickets. Good trade and I'll work with it."
Blake Griffin - "I liked Denver, it wasn't special but I am really excited about this team and city. I like Reke, Manu, Nene, and Scola along with the coaching staff. I am ecstatic."
GM Devitt - "Hey, nothing personal but we needed to cut cap. Smoove had a big contract and Blake had a small contract for a star. The Nuggets approached us with a really nice offer and we took it. Nothing personal and we got a star in Blake."
Tyreke Evans - "Hey I love this trade to bring Lob City to Memphis. I'm no CP3 but I think I can make it work with Blake."
