As slow as our commencement draft is moving...I'd say start the rookie draft as soon as possible. Hopefully the activity level will continue to increase if GMs start to get more interested in the new rookies coming into the league.
Maybe we could start it after we get through a couple more rounds of our commencement draft. Say sometime around round 9...once we've gotten through about 2/3rds of our commencement draft. By then guys should have a pretty good idea of what positions they might need, and should start to narrow down their possible rookie draft targets.

I actually think we should wait till after the draft because, I wanna see what my final team looks like before the rookie draft because if I don't get the guys I want I may be more inclined to trade for rookie picks
