I have a 15th pick in the 2012 rookie draft and would like to trade my 15th for a 4th round commencement pick...

Kings you have the 14th rookie pick, since you had the 16th pick in the first round.

Kings have the 15th, Bucks have the 16th. It's wierd how it works. I have 6th pick in commencement draft and 25th pick in the rookie draft. It's one of those counting things that doesn't make that much sense to me. Kind of how there are six numbers counting from 2 to 7 and not five.
